I have been a sporty kid - doing figure skating, acrobatic rock and roll, running long distances, swimming, horse back riding... and got to know how does it feel to overstrain your body. I gave birth to two lovely children and experienced very severe diastasis recti afterwards. I am very grateful for all of the experiences, even the "negative" ones, thanks to them I approach our bodies with even bigger respect and humility.
I study continually - I learn from local as well as foreign teachers in the fields of yoga, pilates, physiotherapy, anatomy. I work on my body and mainly I gain a lot of experiences with my tremendous clients - for almost 10 years now.
It is essential for me to teach you proper alignment, healthy way of breathing - not only when doing yoga or pilates, but during any other sports or even while sitting in your office! I explain WHY and care about individual approach very much.
My goal is to lead you so that we can enjoy yoga or pilates together even after 50 years! :o)
